Parents and students may pick up materials or Yearbooks on September 22 from 10 am to 1 pm. Please note that most of the materials needed for semester 1 are entirely online, and so not all students will need to pick up materials. See below for more details. Our first priority is to keep families and staff safe; please adhere to these guidelines:
- Students and parents/guardians should remain in their cars during pick up of materials. Students and parents/guardians who will walk/bike to the school should also adhere to social distancing expectations throughout the process and will be directed by HCPSS staff upon arrival.
- Students and parents/guardians must wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines at all times.
- When approaching the school, please have a sign in the front window of the car with the name of the student and the material/s needed.
Materials for distribution on these days include:
- Art supplies for any student enrolled in Art for Quarter 1 or Quarter 2
- Workbook for Mrs. Shih's period 1 or 3 only
- Workbook for Mrs. Jones period 2 or 3 only
- Social studies textbook for Mr. Lowe's period 2, 3, 4 only
- Yearbook for any student who bought a copy during 19-20 school year
- If you sent an email to Mrs. Salik asking if there were extra Yearbooks, please wait until all Yearbooks have been distributed. She will email parents once all Yearbooks have been picked up by students.
PVMS staff will be stationed in the front parking lot of the school. We have several times available for material pick up to accommodate your family's schedule. We have broken times down by alphabet in an effort to maintain social distancing and traffic flow.
