Mark your calendars! Our 8th grade team will have an extended day class trip to Gettysburg on December 5th. We plan to leave school at 7:45 AM and return at 6:00 PM. The cost of the trip will be $34.00. Permission slips, extended day, and medical forms will be sent out the week of November 10th. On this trip, students will be able to gain an overview of the three-day battle in order to give students an idea of the impact of soldiers, civilians, and the nation. We will also discover how Gettysburg was not only a turning point in the war, but also a turning point for the nation.
