Back to School Night 23-24 is tomorrow evening, September 7 from 6pm to 8pm here at Patuxent Valley Middle School.  See below for an updated schedule and information.

Make sure you arrive early as parking is limited on campus, and please look up a copy of your child's schedule in synergy, but we'll have a paper copy available if needed.

When you arrive check in on Bulldog Boulevard and we'll help you get to class and let you connect with school, PTA, and some community resources.

Agenda

• The evening will begin with a presentation from our Gifted and Talented Specialist from 6-6:25 pm in the Cafeteria.  This session is open to anyone interested.

• Parents and guardians will enter through Bulldog Boulevard and go directly to 1st period.  Parents should look up schedules in synergy and staff will be available on Bulldog Boulevard to assist.

• Families who need translation services should go to the cafeteria

• Parents and guardians will follow the student schedule to meet staff and hear specifics about PVMS courses from 6:50-7:57 pm.

• In the library:

  • Liaisons, Administration and Student Services will be present to answer questions.

  • Ms. Minnick, front office secretary, will assist parents with Family File completion.

• PTA will be available on Bulldog Boulevard.

Ask your child to provide his/her first period class- staff name and room number- or locate this information in HCPSS Connect
