Donations Needed for the Staff Coffee Cart 3/26/26
We are excited to roll out our March coffee cart to thank all of our wonderful PVMS staff! This is a staff favorite but we can't do it without your donations!! Please consider helping! Please drop all coffee cart items off at the PVMS front office no later than 7:45 am on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Items can be store-bought or homemade. March PTSA Meeting - Thursday, 3/19 at 7 pm
Join us next Thursday, 3/19/26, at 7 pm in the media center for our March PTSA meeting. Find out what we are planning and how you can become involved! All are welcome.
Help the PTSA Stock the Staff Lounge!!
The PTSA is stocking the staff lounge with coffee K-cups, tea bags, and other supplies for staff members to enjoy throughout the school day. We have created an Amazon wishlist of items that will ship directly to the school -- all you have to do is click and donate! Please check out the following link to help. LAST CHANCE to Sign Up for the Spring Fling - Deadline is 3/13 at 3 pm
The PTSA will be hosting this fun event THIS Saturday, March 14, from 6-8 pm. There will be a DJ, dancing, games, snacks, and more. All current PVMS students are invited to attend. Please review the following reminders if your student is attending!!
1. Permission Slips
Students WILL NOT be permitted to enter the building without a permission slip completed by their parents/guardians. Please complete the permission form below if you have not already. All permission slips must be completed by 3 pm on Friday, 3/13.
2. Drop Off
Student Drop off is in the BUS LOOP at 6 pm. Students will enter the building on the bus loop side and should NOT be dropped off in the PVMS parking lot. The parking lot is designated for dance volunteers only.
3. Bring Cash for Purchases
Students should bring cash (small bills only!!!!) if they would like to purchase concessions, temporary tattoos, or raffle tickets.
4. Pick Up
All students must be picked up in the bus loop promptly at 8 pm.
